What is the Full Circle?

We help busy & stressed out individuals step into their balanced, strong, calm selves & develop mind, body & soul rituals at home to ultimately create a lifestyle of simple healthy daily habits, so they can be in control of their situations and not let the situation overwhelm them.

The online group program happens live with a very experienced Master Teacher & Creator of the program, Ulises Calatayud. After 10 years of running the program, we have helped over 1000 participants to date become the best version of themselves.

This is not a quick fix

Meet the Founders

Ulises Calatayud

Over the past 30 years, Ulises has been initiated and trained in Mental Physics (Tibetan and Yogic breathing and meditation techniques), Tantra, Reiki, Dr Jean Houston’s Mystery School, Bikram Yoga and Dharma Yoga unknowingly laying the foundation for what would later become “The Full Circle”.

After leaving the corporate world of which he was a part for 20 years, Ulises now dedicates all his energy to sharing worldwide these teachings that saved his life.

Ulises’ approach to meditation is grounded in the “real” world without sacrificing a profound sense of the spiritual. His openness and encouragement resonates with many and all of this is done with no dogmatic right or wrong — it is presented with a ‘just try it’ sense that makes it inclusive and all the more impactful.

Candice Miller

Candice co-founded The Full Circle Program with Ulises and together opened YogaCare, a yoga studio in downtown Manhattan. After countless personal breakthroughs doing the program herself, she took on a leading role to guide the community of participants through their experience. She leads the team of coaches who keep you accountable and motivate you.

Candice’s commitment to you and your transformation makes the Full Circle program different from any other. She’s with you every step of the way, participating in each session with you, celebrating your wins with you, and walking you through your challenges. She’s your biggest cheerleader and she’s working towards the best version of herself alongside you.

No prior experience, no age limit. A global and inclusive program with people from all walks of life coming together to become happy, healthy and the best versions of themselves.

Walking into joining Full Circle, my physical health was in a very good place, but I was seeking more for my mind and soul. I was consistently feeling stressed and tired, and I couldn’t ‘fitness’ my way to a solution. I have experienced many different types of transformational programs before, but none of them have been nearly as in-depth and life-changing as the Full Circle was for me. FAQs

How long is the Full Circle Program?

The Full Circle program is six weeks long.


If I’m on the fence, can I speak to someone on the phone?

Yes! We will answer any questions and help you decide if this is for you. Drop her a line at fullcircle@YogaCare.com to set up a time to chat that works for you!


What platforms do you use?

We use Zoom for all the sessions, Whatsapp and email to engage and connect with you.


Does it matter where I live?

No, it doesn’t matter! This is a completely virtual program. The live sessions can be streamed afterwards, so your time zone doesn’t matter. Recorded sessions are available if you missed a session.


Do I need any previous experience?

None at all! This program is designed for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. The changes happen within yourself, so it doesn’t matter what your experience level is.


Do I need any gear?

You will need a device to use Zoom. This can be a phone, tablet or laptop. We also recommend having a yoga mat and a notebook!


What if I am not tech savvy?

Don’t worry! We will guide you every step of the way and can assist you when things aren’t working! From setting up Zoom to making sure you can hear us loud and clear.


Are there any age restrictions?

This program is for ages 18+. Please let us know if you are under 18 and are interested, or if you would like your children to partake. We have been blessed to have as young as a 10 year old participant accompanied by her mother who was doing the program too. This is allowed on a case-by-case basis.
